Students and students’ guests understand and expressly assume all risks involved in connection with dance instruction, rehearsal, and/or performance with Bollywood West, including but not limited to risk of bodily injury occurring as a result of contact with other students, instructors, walls, equipment, floors, and structural objects located in or near the studios, or the Student’s physical condition or physical limitations, and Student warrants that they are physically fit and able to participate in all activities involved in dance instruction and/or rehearsal and performances with Bollywood West. Students waive all claims arising out of dance instruction, rehearsal, training and performances at Bollywood West, loss, theft, property damage or otherwise, which students may ever have against Bollywood West, their successors, and assigns, and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and their heirs, executors and administrators. Bollywood West shall not be responsible for and specifically disclaim any liability to students and their guests for any loss, theft, injury or liability incurred at Bollywood West classes, rehearsals and/or performances, and exempt, release and indemnify Bollywood West including owners, directors, instructors, partners, employees, guest artists and volunteers from any and all liability claims, demands or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss or injury.
Bollywood West reserves the right to cancel any events or modify the event schedule. Sorry, no refunds. Participants under 18 years of age must have parent/guardian complete and sign the registration form. Pictures and/or video may be taken during Bollywood West classes, and used for publicity and/or promotion without limitation, and at no compensation to the participant.
For safety and liability reasons, we do not permit guests or observers in the studio or waiting areas, during our classes. Only registered students of Bollywood West are permitted in the studios during class. We do not provide childcare for our classes.
